I had a great time at this hotel! The rooms were perfect, spacious, clean, with A/C and fan. The location was perfect right on Zicatela beach, with beautiful views. The dining was pretty good, with lots of choices on the menu, but the juice was overpriced. The service was top-notch with excellent room service, housekeeping, and tours/ticket assistance. Overall, a fantastic stay with just a few minor hiccups.

Staying at this hotel felt just like being at home. The room I had was cozy with double fans, hot water, and a TV on the bottom floor with a view of the pool, while the top floor offered a nice view of the courtyard. However, the strong chemicals in the room were a bit off-putting. The breakfast was simple but satisfying, and the location couldn't have been better, right on Zicatela Beach near all the shops and restaurants.
